We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Premier Financial Officer, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of Financial Consultant RMs in managing client's enquiries related to transactions, account servicing, and general banking support in a positive, timely, and appropriate manner.

  • Reduce the time spent on process and administrative tasks by Financial Consultant RMs to increase their capacity to meet clients, address client's needs, and conduct higher value activities which will contribute to the overall cost efficiency ratio.

  • Provide high quality sales support to the Financial Consultant RMs in the day-to-day activity of meeting client needs and the administration of a range of wealth management solutions.

  • Build and retain strong knowledge of the Premier banking proposition to effectively support the Bank’s most affluent clients with more complex and demanding financial needs.

Requirements

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Customer service engagement

  • Basic planning and organizing

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Email writing and phone etiquette

  • International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) management and proposition

Skills:

  • Proactive in reviewing client needs to deepen relationships and deliver superior customer service.

  • Strong organizational skills with prior administrative experience.

  • Flexible and adaptable to change, supporting others in responding effectively.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and fulfill responsibilities efficiently.

 

Due to local laws and governance, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
