In this role, you will:    

  • Develop Global Rollout (GRO) Programme Plan, support the creation of detailed plans including key activities and milestones. Define and execute Global Rollout (GRO) Programme scope with team, quality, cost, and effort management. 
  • Manage the impact of change requests to scope, time, budget, or effort and help identify the new requirements to deliver the Global Rollout (GRO) Programme support successfully. 
  • Review and feedback to team members on quality of deliverables, responsible for artifacts produced by Global Rollout (GRO) Programme team and provide 1st line check and challenge.  
  • Track progress against the plan, look ahead and remove roadblocks to delivery. Ask questions when they do not understand, take ownership of problems, and escalate when needed (remaining calm, knowing when to escalate, escalate with possible solutions) 
  • Manage Risks and Issues through appropriate tracking and involving key members of the portfolio / programme /project team as appropriate. 
  • Track and report financial performance metrics and build budget control to manage expenses 
  • Assist the Management Service Leads (Service management lead & Ops Res Lead) with key tasks including executive summary, TRV and ITSCM periodic summaries, Bottlenecks and potential solutions. Undertake and manage activities such as on-boarding resources and setting up the Clarity plans. 
  • Demonstrate agility when responding to customers’ needs. 
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:    

  • Proven experience (10-15 years) in IT Risk Management, digital resilience, Service Management, Banking, IT regulatory / compliance, crisis management or business continuity management. 
  • Proven experience in leading projects and programme teams in IT, Business, Banking or wider financial services. Define, track and deliver objectives, artefacts and outcomes per priorities 
  • Strong experience and knowledge on audit or due-diligence to help review deliverables and direct team to efficient delivery. Ability to drive consistent and repeatable results with limited supervision. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to manage the interactions with the teams and clients and ability to build & maintain relationships and work collaboratively across boundaries. 
  • Confident decision maker and demonstrates task and objective ownership. 
  • Experience in reviewing complex dependencies and responding to challenges while ensuring on-going delivery is in line with customers goals. 
  • Strong Problem Management & Incident Management skills. 
  • Good technical, problem solving, lateral thinking, planning and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Ability to communicate with impact.
