In this role, you will:

•    We're looking for someone with proven track record of owning and delivering complex Infrastructure RTB optimization projects under demanding timelines.
•    This role requires extensive experience within the banking or financial services industry, with deep understanding of regulatory requirements, 
•    Proven track record of managing large-scale RTB campaigns with budgets exceeding $10M annually, 
•    Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
•    Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to C-level executives
•    Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners
•    Serve as subject matter expert on RTB optimization best practices within the organization
•    Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
•    Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with focus on programmatic advertising and RTB optimization
•    Lead and mentor a team of RTB specialists and analysts to deliver optimal campaign performance
•    Develop comprehensive RTB optimization strategies aligned with our business objectives and regulatory requirements
•    Collaborate with senior leadership to establish KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks for programmatic campaigns
•    Drive innovation in RTB practices while maintaining strict adherence to financial services advertising regulations
•    Oversee end-to-end RTB campaign execution across multiple DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) and exchanges
•    Manage complex attribution models and conversion tracking for banking products including loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment services
•    Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms to extract actionable insights from large datasets
•    Implement machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling to enhance bidding performance

 Bonus points if you have: Banking or financial services experience
•    Comprehensive understanding of banking products, services, and customer acquisition processes
•    Knowledge of financial services regulations affecting digital advertising (FFIEC, TCPA, Fair Credit Reporting Act)
•    Experience with banking-specific marketing challenges including compliance, fraud prevention, and customer verification
•    Understanding of banking customer segments and lifecycle marketing strategies
