- As a Recruiter within our Global Services Centre (GSC) team based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for multiple markets across Europe. Partnering closely with business leaders across the region, you will be responsible for the identification, engagement and successful recruitment of talent, and supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
- This role plays a critical role in driving the employee experience, shaping the firm’s culture and building a diverse and inclusive workforce. You’ll be part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional recruitment services within the bank.
- Lead end-to-end full life cycle recruitment from direct approach to completion.
- Proactively sourcing candidates as well as creating and maintaining talent pools
- Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity
- Ensure that all aspects of the process are compliant in line with the policy and regulatory requirements
- Establish deep connections and rapport with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of Talent Acquisition
- Provide data insights and market intelligence to support and influence hiring strategies
- Manage escalations with a sense of urgency to provide effective solutions
- Identify Process gaps to drive continuous improvement and bring an innovative mindset to help deliver on strategic objectives.
Requirements
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Relevant experience delivering end to end recruitment (experience supporting European markets would be advantageous)
- High level of comfort to directly source talent with the ability to persuade and attract passive talent
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and ensure that processes are followed correctly
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required with a fluency in English
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience and highly skilled in building strong relationships
- Must be able to multitask and operate as part of an international team.
