MSS IT provides innovative digital solutions delivering the next generation of trading services for our customers and traders around the world. The role supports the Head of MSS IT Risk & Control, and the Asset Class Leads in evaluating and continually seeking to improve the status of MSS IT compliance to Group Policies, Standards, and Operational Risk Controls.  Working with Risk & Control Officers and ITSO to minimise risk to MSS IT services and applications by adhering to Control Operating Instructions.

In this role you will:

•    Evaluate and manage risk associated with privileged access (IDAM 5) across MSS IT systems and networks.
•    Build and maintain relationships within MSS IT Asset Classes & EXCO, as well as the supporting Group Function teams 
•    Conduct regular assessments and assist with the audit of privileged access to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
•    Monitor and analyse privileged access control activities, investigate and respond to any anomalies or incidents.
•    Liaise with external audit and oversee all aspects of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance activities within MSS IT.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Proven experience in privileged access management and risk assessment.
•    Proven experience in coordinating SOx compliance efforts and internal controls.
•    Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and provisions and related regulations.
•    Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to privileged access (e.g. GDPR).
•    Experience working with external audits and managing audit engagement.
