The Opportunity:  

Business Analytics job family is designed to cater towards all the data needs of business. It covers sourcing of data and building structured data lakes, designing data marts generating Business Insights, hosting data in Cloud and build data product. Key responsibilities also include but not limited to: creation of a robust data foundation and continuous update of these datasets, to support Analysis and reporting, identify opportunities for data monetization, leverage BI and Visualization tools to deliver key business insights, develop self-serve BI solutions to empower the business to make informed decisions and develop data product roadmap and implementation. The team members embed agile delivery methodologies to continuously keep refining the data models/products using new and emerging techniques. This team also acts as a bridge between IT and the business stakeholders.  

 

What you’ll do:     

  • Collaborate with business, work independently to perform customer analysis, design customer journey and develop different data/CRM solutions with business impact.

  • Highly sensitive to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities.

  • Explore the data and Conduct quantitative analysis to ascertain root cause of business' issues, identifies opportunities and effective targeting for business growth potential.

  • Through data analytics, design end-to-end customer engagement journey with omni-channel strategy to drive target business outcome.

  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure the successful implementation of analytic solutions/customer journey/data product with well defined performance measurement.

  • Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment.

  • Sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.

  • Adhere to policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • University degree in in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in data analytics, customer research or performance marketing.

  • Proven experience in driving analytics strategy and business results.

  • Knowledge of various analytics tools/languages, such as SQL, Data Engineering, Visualisation tool, and Python. Knowledge of Big Query, Google Cloud is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, presentation skill and strong business acumen.

  • Solid knowledge of advanced analytics and ML techniques, experience in digital and channel data is an advantage.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?     

  • Proven experience in mobile front end and back end.
