The Opportunity:
Trading & Lending platform aim at providing single front-to-back trading capability, enabling delivery of products and services across asset classes and scaling multi-market with a consistent user experience across the client continuum.
To cope with our expansion globally, we are now seeking experienced and self-motivated professionals to join our team.
What you’ll do:
This role sits at the intersection of Technology strategy delivery and operational support.
The role holder will be working alongside the SVS engineering and management team and will be driving the operational excellence supporting strategic planning, performance management and process improvement.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
• Tech SME supporting end to end SVS Operations and Delivery
• Ensure strong Operational knowledge within the delivery team to compliance with Agile metrics / HSBC Tech group policies
• Support the delivery team on key activities to ensure capabilities delivery mainly Financials / Workforce management / Third party contracts
• Work closely with members of technical team heads/programme managers, business management etc to ensure continued engagement and knowledge of technical and operational principles
• Drive close collaboration between Service Lines, Value streams, to ensure understanding and alignment of objectives.
• Create excellent working relationship with Country aligned Global functional teams to ensure successful execution in key locations
• Interact with Business to ensure broad understanding of capacity requirements
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and SVS Tech leads to ensure the portfolio is reported accurately and with insight, to ensure appropriate management action.
• Responsible for mentoring and providing necessary subject matter expertise to the team when required.
What additional skills will be good to have?
• Experience with financial planning tools, etc.
