The Opportunity:   

This role is to manage Hang Seng IT Vendor Management mainly on SoW. This role needs to face off senior HASE IT Heads, whilst collaborates with AMET Finance and Business Management.

What you’ll do:   

Support Hang Seng IT teams in business management related activities including but not limited to:

• Support Vendor Management Lead on Vendor Management for both HTC and HK HASE including ITCM, PO process and finance related tasks e.g. good receipt, recharges, Payment in advanced (PIA) and manual accrual journal submission and forecast etc.
• Monitor and ensure quality of Clarity and Overhead charging.
• Identify process optimizational opportunities.
• Strong sense of integrity and 3rd party risk awareness and demonstrate logical and critical thinking for MI, Metrics & Reporting.
• Day to Day support activities in helping to run the operation.

• Proficiency in verbal and written English, especially proficient in email communication and reporting.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate items in detail.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Strong understanding of the IT recharges eco-system.
• Strong sense of integrity and 3rd party risk awareness.
• In-depth understanding of GPDM, Clarity, TPS, Cognos and other new Technology and financial management information systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; skills in data analysis is a plus.
• Self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision.

• Capability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.
