KYC Operations provides end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) services for Commercial Banking, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and Global Banking and Markets.    

 

The Opportunity:  

The role encompasses a number of tasks involving KYC analysis across multiple business lines and ensuring AML Regulations, policies/procedures are maintained and adhered to.  

 

What you’ll do:     

  • Providing services for customer due diligence, including customer document review and verification, and data Analysis.
  • Through Internal/External Communications to collect data and identify risk level.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvements.
  • Work is organized and processed / completed within agreed timescales. Ongoing monitoring and review of workflow and priorities are in accordance with procedures.
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • College degree or above.
  • Ability to speak and understand Cantonese/English fluently, and have good conversational / telephone skills.
  • Ability to operate system and know about MS Office,e.g. Excel.
  • Experience in customer request/queries is preferred.
  • Be able to adapt to working location in Foshan and Guangzhou.
