What you’ll do:

• Participant in payment system design and IT solutions implementation to meet business requirements.

• Lead the solution implementation with FSA mindset and reduce technical risk / debt in solution proposal, system design and implementation.

• Ensure project deliveries with high quality  and within timeline and budget.

• Drive the best engineering practice in the team.

• Provide technical and domain consultancy and support in payment domain.

• Maintain effective and good relationship with business and IT teams.

• Lead role in 7x24 production support.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking IT.
• Solid experience of E2E project delivery.
• Solid experience on Mainframe development and production support, have good knowledge on COBOL, CICS, DB2, TWS and batch development.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility and a good team player.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner.
• Good understanding on Agile/DevOps.
• Good understanding on payments domain is an advantage.
• Experience of working with LoB business is an advantage.
• Experience in working on global/regional critical systems is an advantage.
