  In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver to production small nonbreaking iterative change that provides business value
• Help consult on business requirements with specific input around technology capability and limitations 
• Help maintain and improve the stability and reliability of our production environments
• Work closely with the business in Germany on a day-to-day basis and co-ordinate with other teams in German/India to ensure that the business and project needs are met. 
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Solid experience on applications in Mainframe
• Solid experience on database structured query language (SQL)
• Solid technology skills, together with business knowledge (demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn), and an attitude of continuous improvement and online deployment in a 24x7 uptime environment

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Minimum 6 years of production support experience is required. 
• Knowledge and experience of DevOps.
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Jira/Confluence.
• Able to directly communicate with business.
• Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure.
• Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives, trade,Security business knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in production support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
• Willing to learn/explore various technologies especially in Integration domain.
• Suggesting and contributing to architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Ensuring system’s compliance to the constantly changing cybersecurity standards by ensuring timely improvements and evergreening upgrades of the systems..
• Build, release and configuration management of production systems.
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across the platform and application domains.
• Contribute to the smooth running of IT systems by ensuring that problems with production systems and IT services are investigated and resolved efficiently with minimum disruption to the business. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions/policies, internal control standards and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group’s standards of ethical behavior
• Technical Requirement – Cobol, JCL,SQL,DB2,SDSF,CICS, CICS and DB2 Monitoring, WMB/IIB10, DataStage
