We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will: 

  • This position is responsible to identify and develop partnership opportunities across retail banking products and customer life ecosystem
  • Maintain and deepen partnership relationship with innovative strategies
  • Develop and execute tactical engagement with partner to drive customer acquisition
  • Develop and own a cross functional strategy that drives proposition enhancement  
  • Adherence to operational controls, as outlined in procedures and policies to ensure risks are identified and managed
  • Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conflict.
  • Be an effective team leader through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices
  • Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and functionality deployment
  • Drive collaboration within the Regional and Global Propositions, Digital and Wealth teams.
  • Seeks opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix.
  • Works in a facilitative manner to build capability in progressing objectives, but does not lose sight of the profitability and productivity outcomes.
  • Actively engages external organizations to understand market trends and seek opportunities for improvement through own team and matrix.
  • Acts in a manner that transparently promotes the organizations values and delivers in an aligned manner.
  • Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand.
  • Regular review to identify key risks, issues and interdependencies. Determine and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Be able to take a customer-led lens to understand HSBC’s current journeys and what’s working / not working
  • Have critical thinking to assess and determine across journeys and experiences, what journeys are worthwhile to fully elevate to delight clients or fix critical issues in order to create meaningful impact to the business
  • Post implementation, ensure there’s a 360 review mechanism to enable continuous improvement in experience, including partnership with research to execute relevant mystery shopping, NPS assessment, frontline feedback etc, to measure impact"
Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline 
    • Relevant working experience in the scope of job description, with excellent relationship building capability
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
    • Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
    • Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure 
    • Fluency in Mandarin and English
