We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Production Lead.

The role of HSBC’s Communications Businesses and Markets team is to protect and strengthen the bank’s reputation through communications strategies that help advance our customers’ goals and our own.

In this role you will:

•    Play a principal role in the production of multimedia content across HSBC’s Business, Markets, Infrastructure and Internal Communications teams.
•    Be responsible for creating original multimedia content, focused on editorial and brand-aligned creative assets including digital design, audio, video, animation, and new media.
•    Script briefs, develop storyboards, manage to budget, set and deliver on deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
•    Lead of video production for the team, creatively filming and editing video aligned to pre-agreed treatments you’ve guided on.  This will also include selecting programme format for final output, capturing/importing media, organising raw media etc.
•    Be responsible for asset management and library across Communications, Businesses and Markets to ensure we industrialise content and leverage resources.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Expert knowledge of producing of multimedia content in a business context.
•    Have strong postproduction video editing abilities.
•    Have experience of copy-writing and editing.
•    Strong team player and network builder across a complex organisation and different geographies.
•    A creative mind-set with strong technical communication skills.

This role is based in London or Hong Kong, Hybrid.
