WPB STAFF CHANNELS & SELF SERVICE is responsible for delivering and supporting APAC HUB ATM system. ATM is the frontend/host application that supports multiple group members to issue ATM/Debit cards and install ATMs.

The Opportunity:

We are now seeking talented IT professionals to join us to end-to-end implement to make growth on WPB Self Service business. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop and Implement IT solutions to meet business requirement.
• Conduct system test, user acceptance test and provide support on system implementation.
• Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
• Prepare project related documentation and ensure compliance and audit policies strictly followed.
• Align with DevOps and Agile delivery approach, tooling and practices adoption.
• Collaborate with a variety of teams for development and incident management.
• Work closely with Global infrastructure and engineering team to build the solution

• Solid knowledge and experience in React, C#, Java Springboot, etc.
• Solid knowledge and experience on Mango DB and Oracle DB.
• Solid experience in writing and conducting Unit Tests and UI tests, etc.
• Good analytical, design and problem solving skills.
• Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team.
• Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to rapidly learn new concept, business models, and technologies.

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Solid knowledge of external cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, or Ali Cloud.
• Experience in any Industry standard Application Performance Monitoring Tool such as AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.
• Experience with tools such as GitHub & JIRA, etc.
• Knowledge of banking channels.
