What you’ll do
Solution Development & Delivery:
• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for private banking CRM, ensuring maintainability and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Support CRM implementations, including integration with legacy systems, data migration, and adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).Technical Support & Best Practices:
• Develop and maintain reusable components, custom connectors, and automation scripts to improve project delivery and quality.
• Apply best practices in ALM, DevOps, and system integration for Power Platform environments.
• Assist in establishing coding standards and contribute to technical documentation.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
• Work closely with technical teams to share knowledge and support skill development.
• Participate in backlog management, estimation, and defect resolution throughout the agile development lifecycle.
• Provide application support during business hours and participate in incident resolution as required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders and team members.
• Support pre-sales activities such as solution design and PoC development as needed.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with at least 2 years in Power Platform solution development and implementation.
• Experience delivering CRM projects, including system integration and data migration.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure administration.
• Experience with ALM, DevOps, and reusable solution frameworks for Power Platform.
• Familiarity with plugin development, ETL processes, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, including code optimization and scalability.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue.js) is a plus.
Certifications:
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-210 or PL-600 are desirable.
Additional Skills:
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in private banking or financial services CRM is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC) is a plus.
