The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for explore the data demand, provide fit-for-purpose, world-class data product services, building data solutions and capabilities, in collaboration with the technology teams and various global business and regional stakeholder.

What you’ll do:

• Accountable to drive and deliver reusable data services through the best-in-class capability in GDT scaled shared service, e.g. Data APIs, Privacy Enhanced Technology, data products that would support ASP region demand and able to roll out to global
• Be responsible to deliver business outcomes based on group data technology direction, business growth initiatives, regulatory requirements, automation and simplification agenda
• Responsible for adoption of group standards, policies and services. Champions data management and data driven architecture design in cross-business, group led initiatives.
• Champion and implement data commercialization and transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across streams
• Responsible for product capabilities roadmap, ensuring resilient, high quality services are being delivered
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate on complex Data Analytics issues with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
• Track record for delivering innovative commercial outcomes

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT/Data Domain preferably strong expertise in Data Engineering, cloud computing, data analytics, machine learning, data management & data governance
• Past experience in working in technology organization in banking industry.
• Proven experience in delivering value in a highly matrixed organization; working across boundaries, with internal and external partners.
• Experienced in leading technology change
• Good track record in stakeholder management and ability to navigate thru complex organization structure
• Passionate about technology and look for opportunities to bring new technology and ideas to the team.
• Forward thinking, making the right decisions based on strategy.
• Strong on Design thinking, good experience on product design & roadmap plan
