We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead AI-Powered Talent Sourcing COE to head our Talent Sourcing COE team at our newly formed Global Capability Centre.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our global sourcing strategy, leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to build robust talent pipelines. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Talent Scouts sourcers to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent worldwide. This is a critical position for a visionary leader who is passionate about merging technological innovation with strategic human insight to achieve ambitious hiring goals.
What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sourcing strategy using AI and technology-driven approaches. Align sourcing efforts with business objectives and long-term workforce planning.

  • Team Recruitment, Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent scouts sourcers. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's continuous growth and success.

  • AI Technology and Implementation: Act as the subject matter expert on utilization of AI-powered sourcing platforms and tools. Evaluate, select, and implement training/ coaching on technologies to enhance sourcing capabilities, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of market trends.

  • Process Optimization and Innovation: Analyze sourcing metrics and data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and propose innovative solutions. Drive continuous improvement in sourcing techniques, tools, and processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiting leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand current and future talent needs. Provide data-driven insights on talent market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a strong, diverse talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles. Ensure the team is effectively nurturing relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on team performance, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health. Use data to tell a compelling story and make strategic recommendations.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing COE Lead talent sourcer, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or senior role.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing tools and advanced recruitment technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans on a global scale.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of mentoring and managing a high-performing team.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Knowledge of global talent markets and a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices.
