In this role, you will:

• Corporate Functions Procurement IT Department is in need of a Senior Systems Support Analyst offshore resource in Hyderabad
• Third Party Management (TPM) is a core service from Procurement, for colleagues to fulfil their accountabilities associated with the use of Third Parties underpinned by a globally consistent workflow tool, RSA Archer.
• Archer is the single platform to be used for all TPM activities on any new supplier engagements, it helps to manage its third parties, i.e. risk, relationship, contracts and performance management
• It’s built on Microsoft SQL Server 2019, RSA Archer Platform 6.8.5. infrastructure hosted in UK & HK
• TPM is live across 50+countries

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 4 years recognised experience in Support/Maintenance role
• Level 2 Service Management, Application Management and Incident Management of RSA Archer Platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access)
• Strong documentation skills, updates to internal procedures and guides
• Strong written and oral communication skills given Global presence
• Ability to work in a team environment to perform tasks independently with little or no supervision
• Time management & organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Core understanding of Agile Methodology and Change Management processes
• Be portable across other Procurement Technology as and when needed
