Enterprise Technology is the Technology organisation responsible for the design, build and ongoing maintenance of the systems owned by the Group Functions (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Core Banking, Corporate Functions and Deputy COO). The organisation consists of over 8,000 people working in collaboration across 14 countries, to support over 3,000 applications.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team in the role of Tech SME.
In this role you will:
· Maintain rigorous change control standards around requirements documentation.
· Organise and run meetings with key stakeholders to review user requirements and advise on the appropriate approach to any functional change.
· Advises on most appropriate approach / solution – avoiding duplication / bespoke solutions.
· Ensure requirements are correctly matched to various deliverables.
· Accurate tracking of changes to ensure the signed off document is recognized and approved by all stakeholders.
· Coordinate defect tracking and investigation efforts with concerned parties.
· Work with User Acceptance Testing team to triage defects raised.
· Investigate and assess the impact of user requirements on the functional design and effort required to incorporate them.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
· SME knowledge/experience in Enterprise Risk management and/or Operation Risk Management (ORM) business systems analysis, design and UAT
· Significant and specific experience of Enterprise Risk Management and/or Operation Risk Management (ORM) Reporting
· Significant Business Analysis experience
· Good experience of IBM Open Pages GRC Platform
· Deep experience of working effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
· Hands-on experience of operating within the full IT project management and software delivery lifecycles
· Experience in working on Value streams and also in Agile teams
· Must have experience in writing the user stories, playing back the solution to stakeholders as well as leading the UAT
· Should be able to articulate the business problem and also come up with solution on GRC application.
This role is based in Sheffield and offers hybrid working.
