We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Events Lead Engineer - Production - Audio Visual.
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Events Lead Engineer within Executive Technology Services, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and exceptional user experiences. Our End User Services empower HSBC colleagues to collaborate seamlessly and drive the Bank's strategy forward. We provide a suite of Enterprise End User Devices, including Thin Clients, MacBooks, Mobiles, and Windows-based devices, all integrated with top-tier collaboration software for email, chat, file sharing, and video conferencing. Our diverse operating systems—Windows, iOS, Android, MacOS, and Elux—are tailored to meet corporate needs. With interactive whiteboards, digital signage, and a world-class video conferencing system, we ensure our colleagues can share and connect globally. Our comprehensive Managed Print Solution is backed by customer-centric support services, extending beyond End User Services.
Elevated Technology Services offers bespoke solutions for colleagues with unique technology needs, including Executives, senior management, Traders, and those interfacing with high-revenue customers or requiring assistive technology. We also manage the Innovation Showroom.
As a Technology Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of servicing the technical event and meeting needs of HSBC's Managing Directors and Board members. In this fast-paced environment, you'll ensure our senior management's technology requirements are met, regardless of location, technology, or time.

In this role you will:
• Serve as the primary contact for technology inquiries and new requirements from HSBC Managing Directors, Board members, and support teams.
• Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting assistance.
• Plan and deliver meetings and events with precision.
• Offer guidance to enhance technology interaction.
• Lead and execute projects as needed.
• Proactively monitor and resolve technology issues.
• Drive change with internal and external technology teams to deliver exceptional service to our Executives.
• Travel nationally and internationally as needed.
• Continuously generate ideas to enhance service delivery.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Technical expertise in: Meeting & Event delivery, Technical AV experience (Sound Desk, Vision Mixing, Camera Work, Lighting, Show Calling), Zoom, Windows 10, Apple Mac, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mobile Devices (iOS & Android) + Microsoft Intune and BlackBerry UEM
