We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of UK CMB Website Manager, Risk & Governance.

This role is part of the UK Marketing function which is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of Commercial Banking (CMB). This business line manages relationships with businesses ranging from small start-ups to some of the world’s largest and most complex multi-nationals. The role sits within the Digital Marketing Channels team which is responsible for the public facing website for CMB. The team works alongside the Martech team to drive usage and adoption of marketing technology including A/B testing, customer data platforms and overall optimization activities.

This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining a public website governance and workflow framework for the CMB website with consideration of operational effectiveness and performance optimization, managing within the risk framework

In this role, you will:

  • Drive meaningful change to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the website operating model, review current UK CMB website processes and practices and recommend opportunities for improvement, ensuring we are leveraging best in class operating models.
  • Ensure website operation framework supports digital content performance that contributes to the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Implement and configure a workflow system to manage the website and record keeping in accordance with relevant regulation and create and maintain process documentation that cover the operational requirements of the public website.  
  • Ensure all relevant regulatory and mandatory content is mapped to a robust website change control framework and define new website controls where appropriate (working with the relevant risk stewards).
  • Conduct and manage attestation and audit activity and maintain content governance, standards, and best practice.
  • Monitor the full content production lifecycle from start to finish, escalating issues or risk and use analytics to analyse the performance of the website and identify improvement to drive commercilisation 
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Direct and proven broad based business experience, ideally within a Financial Services based institution.
  • Experience in web analytics packages and experience in UX and UI
  • Project management and process skills with a demonstrable passion for testing and learning new approaches to channel usage.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle different campaigns at the same time and able to undertake analysis and produce reporting.
  • Experience and evidence of working with teams over multiple sites and ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with focus and drive in a challenging regulatory and dynamic environment with knowledge/ experience of Agile ways of working a bonus.
