In this role, the candidate will manage the following

 

  • To develop and deliver on the regional sales strategy, with the primary objective of meeting mortgage targets for the region
  • To consistently deliver AOP every month with a team of 10 Relationship Managers
  • To continuously engage with LGs to build relationships and extract business volumes from them
  • Develop a robust, diligent and compliant sales channel
  • Provide tools and levers to the sales team that helps boost productivity of all FTE for the region
  • Support and grow cross-sell opportunities across teams in the channel to maximize channel output
  • Position the bank to achieve long term growth and attain market leadership
  • Opening new segments & geographies to expand distribution reach

 

Key activities to be driven

  • Daily Logins and disbursals
  • Track both Home Loans and LAP and mix of both Salaried and Self-employed individuals
  • To X-sell Protection related products- GLPP.
  • Refer RBB cases to RBB teams
  • Fulfill secured and unsecured borrowing needs, when identified. 

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

  • Drive consistent delivery of mortgage targets for defined region as per the annual operating plan
  • Drive consistent and balanced delivery of Salaried and Self-Employed  Mortgage targets
  • Optimizing sourcing mix to focus on profitable segments
  • Drive a culture that propagates treating all customers fairly in lines with the banks value and guidelines
  • Cultivate performance driven culture within sales team on both activity and output parameters
  • Continuous data analysis to monitor business health
  • Ensure end to end usage of leads allocated within allocated timelines with correct updation.
  • Ensure regular case updates are shared with customer and channels as per approved HSBC guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University level education, preferably a MBA
  • AMFI & IRDA Certified Planners shall have an advantage
  • Front line sales experience is must in Mortgage/Business Banking/RBB industry
  • Good relationship management skills in order to engage effectively with both channel partners and customers.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently  

Eligibility Criteria

  •  India Bank / INM employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
  • Entity Employees (not from India Bank) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted.
  • INM Employees in scope of WPB Career Progression Framework not eligible to apply to roles within the purview of the Framework. 

Additional Information

  • Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
