• The job holder is responsible from the relationship management of the largest Corporate Banking clients under the supervision of the Global Relationship Manager (“GRM”). These are large Turkiye headquartered international domestic and multinational companies which are likely to have complex needs which require more sophisticated solutions. The needs will often include Structured Trade Financing, Strategic Global Payment Solutions, Derivatives, Syndicated Loans, Export Finance transactions and occasional access to capital markets and/or advisory.

• The job holder coordinates the relationship management with relevant parties in HSBC Turkey and within HSBC Group Offices with GRM’s guidance.

• The job holder should ensure corporate banking department builds lasting business relationships with large corporate customers by implementing the best marketing strategies, providing solutions from Credit and Lending, Capital Markets Advisory, Global Payment Solutions, Markets and Global Trade Solutions, and an exceptional relationship management service; with the overall aim of increasing penetration in the corporate client portfolio with multi-product coverage, thus improving profitability and minimising credit risk. The jobholder should have a significant specific sector expertise.

• University degree

• MBA or Master’s degree (optional)

• Extensive knowledge regarding financial markets, corporate banking portfolio and products

• Extensive knowledge of compliance issues and Group regulations

• 5-6 years (minimum) experience in corporate banking

• Existence of managerial skills

• Excellent communicational skills

• Professional business demeanour

• Analytical thinking skills

• Advanced level of English – verbal and written
