Job Advert Details
The Senior Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence by integrating end-to-end RPA (Robotic Process Automation) lifecycles with next-generation automation technologies (Python, Auto OPS, Advanced Macro). The role bridges the gap between technical automation and financial management, overseeing operational budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Business Solutions & Automation
• Analyze business processes and requirements to execute the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, including configuration and integration with advanced technologies (Python, UiPath,Auto OPS, etc.).
• Design, implement, and maintain automation and digitalization roadmaps tailored to the needs of operational teams.
• Take an active lead in process improvement, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), post-production monitoring, and reporting for all digitalization initiatives.
• Identify high-value transformation opportunities and conduct deep-dive process re-engineering.
• Empower operational staff by developing tools and frameworks that encourage continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional working groups leading Bank-wide operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.

Cost Management & Financial Insight
• Conduct monthly cost analysis for operational teams and ensure timely corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Provide strategic support to Service Managers regarding budget management and financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with Service Managers to prepare annual operational budgets and track performance throughout the year.
• Perform detailed Cost-Benefit Analyses to provide actionable recommendations for operational leadership.
• Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities to enhance overall productivity and reduce overheads.
• Produce Management Information (MI) and reports reflecting service/cost performance, including Group Recharge tracking.

Business Management & Performance
• Execute operational efficiency, forecasting, and resource management analyses and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze volume-based performance reports (actual vs. forecast) for operational teams.
• Consolidate Service Quality and Critical Performance Metrics (KPIs).
• Assist in strategic business planning, encompassing financial, technological, and resource allocation (Monthly MI).
• Provide executive support to the Head of Operations through briefings, high-level presentations, and meeting preparations.

Information
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications and their use
• Knowledge of automation tools and techniques and at least 3-5 years of practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of consulting experience and long-term experience working on large and complex projects, consulting roles, business lines and operations experience
•Experience in business management and governance tasks
• Ability to present intelligent and creative automation proposals
• Ability to create business case/project charters, prepare budgets, and track and control project expenses
• Ability to understand and interpret financial data
• Ability to maintain focus when working with high-volume data
• Ability to handle diverse responsibilities
