In this role, you will:

·        Have a clear and holistic picture of Pinnacle business driven and Field Manager development plan.

·        Work closely with business trainer, front line, Distribution Support, Human Resource and Pinnacle management team to ensure key initiatives and/or business priorities are delivered in a structured way.

·        Be responsible for designing, developing and delivering all essential trainings to Field Managers, with support from Pinnacle Head Office; as well as developing and delivering tailored programs to meet specific needs of different Field Manager tiers – newly on boarded / junior Field Manager, Filed Manager, Senior Field Manager.

·        Closely work with City Manager, accompany Flied Managers on team management and business development in line with Pinnacle performance target and strategy. Provide daily support and coach give observation, feedback and recommendation for action.

·        Evaluate, adapt and leverage internal and external training resources to enhance Field Manager sales capabilities and team management skill.

·        Act as a role model for HSBC’s values by leading with courageous integrity and embedding the values in day to day operation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and HSBC policies.


To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·        A bachelor degree with a post-graduate qualification in Finance / HR / Psychology / Organizational Development and/or business disciplines is preferred.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills; stakeholder management skills.

·        Have proven successful experience of sales team management in Financial or Banking industry.

·        Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable.

·        Rich Wealth Management knowledge, both Investment and Insurance is preferred. Have a clear understanding of Wealth Management market and Financial Industry.

·        Be self-driven and demonstrate strong learning capability; work independently and demonstrate capability to deliver within limited time / under pressure

·        Strong coaching skill and willing to share, motivate Field Manager to keep developing.

·        Successful track record of delivering world class Learning courses.
