Head of Management Office is a critical role to lead the team to support PINB CEO with BAU & non-BAU activities to manage the company’s daily operation, and to establish and improve the guidance of business operation management and standard process.

This job is not client facing and does not have any portfolios. Those employees fulfilling a Management Office manager role are expected to possess knowledge of outsourcing management, related party transaction, cross entity governance, financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes in the context of the HSBC and PINB business area but are not expected to have specific product knowledge relating to the business or function in which they are located.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·         Being responsible for the governance of outsourcing management and support PINB management team in outsourcing matters including performing remediations to ensure compliance to outsourcing activities. 

·         Manage company-wide administration and operations for third party service management by embedding the third-party risk management policy and standard operation procedures.

·         Support management team to implement related party transaction governance including PINB related party transaction working committee set-up, management policy maintenance and periodical assessment and review.

·         Being the SME on cross entity governance and acting as the primary contact for cross entity activities including payment, recharge and billing validation.

·         Oversee PINB procurement and contract management, including vendor, products and services sourcing, pre-qualification tendering, vendor risk control and performance assessment, to ensure all necessary controls are in place and risks identified are mitigated.

·         Support PINB CEO and the management team for the identification of issues, enhancement of internal controls,  logging and monitoring of issues, and delivery of remediation actions with quality and on time.

·         Lead the Management Office to take administrative and operational control responsibilities as per Group and the company’s requirements.

·         Delive ad-hoc projects and programmes of work as required.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·         Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, process management and negotiation skills with an ability to learn quickly

·         A desire to find ways to continually improve the service standards delivered to key stakeholders

·         Proactive in problem solving and ability to investigate items in detail, with logical and analytical thinking capability

·         Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule

·         Highly collaborative – ability to work across other teams to engage, inspire and develop joined up/cohesive plans

·         Capability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
