We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager - BS RECON SUB.

Principal responsibilities

  • Involve in accounting control function to support the Bank’s financial, compliance and other management reporting processes with regard to existing accounting policies, requirements and initiatives.
  • Handle accounting control operations for account reconciliation and substantiation as well as participate in financial system development projects.
  • Monitor financial data integrity during system migration and assist in reviewing financial control design and implementation.
  • Assist in the application and impact assessment of latest accounting standards for financial reporting and disclosures.
  • Assist the finance functions for implementing the operational risk management initiatives according to Group guidance.
要求
  • University degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational accounting in banking or similar experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of computerized accounting system and proficiency in Application Software (Microsoft access, excel, etc).
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
