We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager, IT Risk and Control - IBCN-COE-IT.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for multiple tasks and services.
  • Understand BCIM platform, and do coordination and operation work for different departments, raise the issues to Global team timely when necessary and build up the good relationship with Global/China different BCIM teams.
  • Coordinate emergency drill test on different level like industry/company/IT levels and annual call tree testing.
  • Perform administrative and coordination on IT internal/external audit and keep the good relationship with auditors.
  • Help on IT billing relevant matters, coordinate IT billing payment with internal teams, and also follow up the breaks with global teams.
  • Help IT relevant documents/records as requested
  • Maintain daily updates on task progress
  • Follow up on IT security relevant checklist, follow up progress of security issues with relevant members.
  • Be responsible for some ad-hoc administrative works as requested, such as data case review tracking.

  • Understanding of business continuity and incident management, such as emergency response, drill test and so on.
  • Good communication skills and be able to communicate with business and IT stakeholders effectively and efficiently and could explain complex things in easy way.
  • Good at to keep good relationships with different functions, and escalate timely if anything could not handle.
  • Good at excel to handle data analysis.
  • Strong English skills to communicate with Global teams.
  • Advantage if familiar with IT security, IT risk relevant topics.
  • Should be able to work independently in a cross-location and cross-cultural team.
  • Team player; Multi-tasking; good inter-personal skills; Troubleshooting ability & testing skills; organized self-starter.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
