We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Assistant Wealth Lending Manager, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily product enquiry and support in relation to the Wealth Lending platform. Providing seamless product advisory service to our distribution team, so that they can handle the impending product enquiry from customer during product on-boarding. To ensure limit increase /decrease and collateral swap scenario are properly close off i.e. the information/data within the interrelated systems such as GCS, GCM and HUB systems are aligned accordingly.
To assist with portfolio analysis, which will help drives new business intake, as our distribution team compete head on with key competitors to showcase our platform capability and how it can assist in enhancing the investment return for our customers.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly data maintenance updates, providing distribution team with information update required by our valued customer on their respective portfolio holding which will help to drive decisions such as portfolio rebalancing, limit increase and collateral swap. To ensure Margin Call and Sell-Off scenarios are properly close off with documented justification and follow up action.
To ensure regulatory reporting to Central Bank is up to date with no backlog i.e. on JFA /CCRIS related issues.
To monitor and screen WPL Portfolio for breaches in FEP related protocol.
Product refresher session to be provided to front liners and internal stakeholders upon every product updates/enhancement.
To conduct UAT testing on system integrity and synchronization with inter-related system flows as and when new updates are implemented.
Requirements:
- Field of Study/Academic Background: Investment / Economic / Finance
- 1-2 years experience in investment / in wealth lending products
- Knowledge and exposure in investment products and wealth lending platform
- Strong organizational skill, independent and adaptable to change
- Passionate about learning new skillset - system related
Good presentation skill and an advanced User of MS. Office - Macros/VBA
