We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Wealth & Personal Banking Strategy.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Participate in strategic IWPB projects and Group-wide initiatives assessing structural long term opportunities for HSBC leveraging IWPB capabilities
- Provide support and build relationships with Senior Stakeholders
- Undertake analysis to support the development and track execution of IWPB strategy
- Identify key issues / opportunities and using HSBC and external sources to provide actionable recommendations for the IWPB
- Effectively communicate (both written and oral) analyses across internal stakeholders – within IWPB strategy, across strategy colleagues in the bank and across other functions within IWPB
Requirements
To be successful you will:
- Structured analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sources
- Self-sufficient and results driven with ability to demonstrate resilience
- Strong technical skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Good quantitative background
- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Confidence in liaising across the organisation with an ability to deliver clear, insightful and succinct analyses
- Ability to prioritise effectively against multiple deadlines
