We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Assist Broker Head to:
update broker channel management policies to ensure the smooth running of business as well as its legality and compliance and conduct regular self-assessment to ensure the effectiveness of the policies.
organize third party distribution forum
drive the business development with Mercer
summarize regular business performance results
2. Establish and manage the business profiles of the business partners in broker channel to fulfil regulatory requirements, which include but are not limited to:
regularly monitoring the business qualifications and business model of broker partners (including branches)
cross check on personnel sales qualification and ensure proper accreditation and clean up the information of inactive sales staff
conducting broker partners' shareholder risk assessment
training record retention
evaluating compliance fulfilment, implementing the controls on broker business and requiring partners to correct the actions violating regulations and laws, if any
3. Coordinate and support business management related matters on HQ and Branch level:
Coordinate and calibrate the business support at branches in accordance with the feedback received from partners and support broker related matters at branch level, especially to coordinate on local regulator special asks
Coordinate and follow up between different INSH functions / INSH Branches and PINB on various business issues
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
5 years and above working experience in Life Insurance, prefer to be experienced in front line sales, HNW sales support roles.
Commercially-minded with strong business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese - must be able to communicate effectively both internally with teams and externally with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills — excellent internal stakeholders relationship management
Serving mindset is a must.
