·          Job content:
1.
遵守公司相關規定、並確保每日作業之正確率及符合各項作業於規定時間內完成.
2. 能快速並正確地處理信用卡客戶交易或帳務調帳入款等相關作業.
3. Back up其他組員日常作業, 提供主管MI或相關信用卡數據.

            4. 熟悉內部作業流程及系統,處理內部客戶查詢事項及提供專業之服務.
            5. 處理外部客戶 (NCCC/FISC/Visa/MasterCard/各公共事業代繳單位等)相關帳務及溝通查詢等.
6. 定期檢視並協助更新部門指導手冊.

信息

1. 會計或商學相關科系畢業; 具備後台作對或會計概念及經驗者尤佳.

2. 熟悉MS office文書軟體為佳(Excel, Word, PPT…); /英文打字每分鐘50字以上

3. 良好的溝通能力且能適應團體合作;

4. 工作細心,願意學習新事務、能隨時更新並配合作業上的調整/改變之需求;積極進取

5. 具抗壓性,對信用卡後台作業有熱忱;

6. 英文基礎程度為佳
