·    Job Contents:

1. Manage credit card payment /settlement and Dispute team to process settlement transaction and customer payment from various channels and dispute cases status handling to ensure daily process and reconciliation are performed efficiently.

2. Support department to maintain a good operation risk control and to achieve compliance requirement.

3. To delivers and embeds change working with the business and our delivery partners.

4. To collaborate with Business analysis, process and business consultants, delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying options.

5. Support implementation management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change product, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment. Tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption and feedback.

6. Team staff management with coaching and feedback, team cost control and saving initiatives.

7. Team performance control and secure processes are complying with SLA.

8. Support internal/external audit requirement and back up other team if any required.

9. Joint related Credit cards related meeting with ASP.

信息

·Bachelor degree or above, majored in business or accounting related

·With 8 years above Banking/Credit cards experience including at least 2 years in UAT experience and at least 3 years in supervising experience.

·Knowledge of but not limited to productivity management, asset lending, scorecard, and UR design logic and project control.

·Able to work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision and against multiple deadlines, Service Level Agreements.

·Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.

·Solid analytical, process streamlined and risk awareness sense and skills will be better.

·Good communication with business partners/internal contacts in the bank.

·Highly motivated with a positive and pro-active attitude.

·Good English skill both in writing and speaking.

·Internal Control License (內控執照) is required.
