Job description
  • Purpose of the Position:
    • Responsible for analyzing, managing and presenting information from databases working with various areas. Likewise, responsible for managing and maintaining them. Specializes in process reengineering, sharing information with colleagues and internal clients, as well as preparing reports in programming languages on a monthly, half-yearly and annual basis for review by the head of the area. Responsible for defining solution options to reduce waste considering business needs and using automation techniques.
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Manage information systems following the area's processes and procedures, responsible for maintaining records, information structure and inventory of the same.
    2. Identify the origins of data (physical or digital) to collect information and distribute it correctly in the systems.
    3. Implementation of solutions to processes through automation techniques.
    4. Support to coworkers in relation to the generation of information reports and their updating.
    5. Train your coworkers in information improvements, updates and procedures for consultation and storage.
    6. Conduct regular audits on the integrity and quality of information in the databases.
    7. Troubleshoot problems regarding information storage.
    8. Collaborate in the innovation forum for initiatives that require process improvement.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: 
    1. Best practices for process optimization.
    2. Project Management.
    3. Negotiation nd communications skills. 
    4. Programming languages (Visual Basic for Excel, Python, Power BI, C++ or similiar)
    5. Data Management (Orcale, Postgress or similar)
    6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Actuarial Science or similar). 
    7. Professional level in the use of Microsoftb Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
    8. Inovative and process improvement profile 
    9. Analytical and problem-solving English skllis 
    10. English B2
