US Funds on Mobile is a set of full funds capabilities on mobile aimed at novice investors, addressing cash outflows and increasing customer base. By enhancing its value proposition, the project aims to reduce redemptions and regain a competitive position against more advanced mobile offerings. FoM would benefit from scaling from other markets solutions as well as adopt the local requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager with a strong focus on technology  and delivery to join our team. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and innovator who can lead complex projects, engage with clients and teams at various organizational levels, and provide cutting-edge technology solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their deep technological expertise to drive business transformation and enhance client satisfaction.


What you’ll do
    • Lead the design, planning and execution of technology of advanced technology solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal clients, managing relationships and understanding their technology requirements to provide tailored consulting services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business processes, recommending improvements and technology enhancements.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external third parties to deliver the solution as well as identify and manage risk and dependencies and critical milestones related to the technology delivery.
    • Drive the adoption of best practices in technology implementation, project management, and client engagement and drive the adoption of best technology solutions and agile process.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on client business operations.
    • Ensure quality deliverables are met on time and within budget, contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, presentations, and industry conferences, support/participate in department management and strategic initiatives and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Minimum 5 years experienced in technology delivery and a proven track record managing complex projects, cross-functional projects with a hands-on approach.
    • Fluent English, strong communication skills
    • Proven leadership/coordination skills to work with business, development team and testing team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
    • Experience in Global Private Banking IT and in Investment/Discretionary is a plus
    • Experience of working on a global scale (i.e. across time zone & geography and with remote teams) as well as experience with DevOps and Agile (sAFE) methodology
    • Experience with distributed and multi-cultural teams as well as experience with JIRA, Confluence, experience with digital journey, accessibility and Tealium testing, experience with automation testing tool. like Selenium, TOSCA, QTP etc.
    • Professional experience in a large Global organisation preferably in an IT department or shared service organisation and BsC/Msc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , Engineering.
