Your career opportunity:
Global Banking & Commercial Banking have chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales as the core customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which is currently live in ~55 countries.  
As a D365 Developer you will be working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.


What you’ll do:
    • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to extend system functionality and meet technical requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Dynamics 365 Architect to translate technical specifications into effective system configurations, customizations, and provide accurate effort estimations for implementing new requirements.
    • Implement and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom code (e.g., C#, JavaScript, TypeScript) to enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
    • Analyse reported bugs, identify root causes, and implement fixes to ensure system stability and performance.
    • Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and dashboard to support internal processes.
    • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Microsoft Power Platform connectors, or custom integration solutions as directed by Architect.
    • Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, leveraging best practices in areas like data modelling, query optimization, and flow design.
    • Participate in the solution-building process by contributing to version-controlled development and deploying solutions to selected environments using Azure DevOps pipelines.


What you need to have to succeed in this role:
    • At least 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations. Hands on technical experience on Dynamics 365 CE (online) is a must.
    • Experience using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics 365.
    • Experience on Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365 Platform.
    • Experience building PCF controls on Dynamics 365 Platform.
    • Microsoft .Net stack – will be familiar with .NET 4.6.2.
    • Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills.
    • Experience on Azure Functions, App Insights and Azure Service Bus.
    • Comfortable working with GIT source control.
