The Business Banking Upper Banker is responsible for knowing all the clients in his portfolio, promoting a relationship model, through a value offer, for domestic and international companies with a personalized service that will allow him to understand and satisfy the needs of clients. in a comprehensive manner over time. Likewise, you are responsible for achieving the budgets established for your portfolio with current clients and attracting new ones, you must manage your portfolio, as well as manage it and make it profitable. The clients that will be served are those that have annual sales of 100 million pesos to 800 million pesos.

 


 
 
 

Requirements
• Knowledge and administration of your client portfolio. • Manage your clients' credit portfolio. • Promotion of HSBC Business Banking products: - Credit: Working capital analysis, Machinery, Equipment and Facilities, Agriculture, international trade credits as well as direct payment lines to suppliers, among others. - Treasury: Collection tools, administration of deposits in MXN and USD accounts and means of payment dispersion. - Insurance: Credit, real estate and protection for owners and employees, among others. - International: Checking accounts in USD, Internationalization of clients by opening relationships in other subsidiaries of the bank, currency exchange, derivatives, factoring, international trade, electronic banking. - Payroll. • Linking your clients, increasing the number of solutions and products for each Business Group. • Carry out the necessary procedures for processing products and services, instructing, where appropriate, the advisor, internal areas and corresponding product managers. • Is in charge and responsible for the identification, analysis and presentation to the risk area of new credit opportunities using its experience and knowledge of the client and the sector to which it belongs to respond in a timely manner to the requests made by the client. • Ensure that operations, policies and operating procedures meet the Bank's objectives and requirements, both in the short and long term. • Read, understand and apply the bank's main manuals: FIM, GSM, Code of Conduct, credit manual, etc. • Generate synergies, for the attention of individuals related to the companies, with the branch team, wealth banking and private banking. • Comply with periodic reviews, customer knowledge, alert monitoring and risk detection, to avoid the risk of financial crime.
