· Report to: Mortgage Business Services Manager
· Job content:
Mortgage loan related process, including: Loan Document Review, Loan Drawdown Process, Customer Maintenance Services, Repayment Process, Loan Account Closure, Loan Related Proof Issuance.·Bachelor degree or above, major in Business relevant field.
·With years relevant experience in secured or unsecured lending operation process / repayment transaction wide experience related.
·Internal Control License (內控執照) is required.
·Familiar with MS-Office, especially for Excel.
·Solid analytical, process streamlined and risk awareness sense and skills will be better.
·Able to work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision and against multiple deadlines, Service Level Agreements.
·Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.
·Good communication and provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional and delivered and performed efficiently and professionally in the bank.
·Need be able to take job rotation within the department.
·Highly motivated with a positive and pro-active attitude, to get familiar with different system, understanding objectives and to setting priorities to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.
·Good English skill both in writing and speaking.
