We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process.
· Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability and scalability.
· Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices for software development and deployment.
· Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.
· Enhance security and compliance across the development and deployment processes.
要求
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms and services, particularly with Alicloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a DevOps role, delivering enterprise solutions.
- Experience in the financial industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience with API and application design, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with network and middleware technologies such as load balancers, application servers, and message queues (MQ).
- Experience with agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in architecting solutions in areas such as digitization, core banking, big data, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
