HSBC Digital Strategy team is responsible for setting the digital strategy, operating model and performance standards for digital and innovation at HSBC Singapore, and more broadly across HSBC’s ASEAN franchise. 

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a SVP, Digital Strategy & Execution.

Principal Responsibilities

  • The role holder will support the Chief Digital Officer in bringing together a holistic digital strategy for HSBC Singapore by aligning the multifaceted components of digital & Innovation across the franchise including BUs, Segments and Products. The role will create a cohesive and streamlined digital & Innovation approach across the franchise embodying both commercial viability and market positioning/visibility
  • Build-up customer centric digital solutions that go across business line and functions, working with business lines and functions, by integrating platform/channel, product and service to facilitate the increase of market share, digital revenue
  • Execute  and implement the enterprise level strategy to become the leading bank for digital in ASEAN
  • Be a catalyst for change that can think at an enterprise level and engage people across the organization with a collaboration agenda
  • Be able to create momentum by working on multifaceted projects across departments
  • Be able to communicate and influence stakeholders to contribute and participate with enthusiasm and energy
  • Identify key areas of collaboration and track projects to clear and value additive outcomes
