We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Creative Lead - DIGITAL PRODUCTION SERVICES.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Uphold and enhance the standard of design, ensuring high-quality work consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to all branding guidelines, maintaining complete HSBC brand consistency.
  • Clarify briefs and communicate effectively with clients to provide the most appropriate solutions to their visual needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of creative projects by conceptualizing designs, directing brainstorming sessions, overseeing implementation, and approving final deliverables.
  • Address branding-related issues creatively and consistently within customer corporate branding/style guidelines (HSBC or external).
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Account Management team to ensure resources are adequate to meet work levels, agreed deadlines, and the fluctuating demands of the business.
  • Regularly monitor the progress of various regional teams against objectives to ensure the achievement of DPS strategy.
  • Identify and address training needs for the team, ensuring skill levels match the constantly evolving nature of the industry and meet business needs.

  • 10+ years experience as a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director in an advertising / design agency environment, or in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a commitment to high-quality standards and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of integrated campaigns and projects for both commercial and corporate brands.
  • Comprehensive experience across all media channels.
  • Proficient in utilizing various GenAI platforms to enhance creative workflow and production efficiency.
  • Web experience, including working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and web design principles.
  • Video production experience, with a solid understanding of the entire process from pre-production to post-production.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in print production processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multiple teams.
  • Strong focus on simplicity over complexity in translating briefs into designs and communicating effectively.
  • Capable of generating innovative and creative ideas while working within corporate guidelines, and willing to challenge briefs and traditional approaches as necessary.
  • Skilled in networking with other resources and specialists within the business as appropriate.  inspiration with the team.
  • Excellent proficiency in industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Suite and ChatGPT.
  • Extremely client-focused with a positive attitude, superior negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work well under pressure.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for visual design, eager to share knowledge and experience, and provide great design resources, articles, and inspiration to others.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
