Report to: VP ITID

Job content: 
  1. Carry out IT activities to Enterprise/Network Infrastructure domains (AS/400, Distribute Compute, Storage, Database, Middleware, Virtualization, Campus, Branch and External Networks, etc.)
  2. Provide support to production systems and ensure systems and procedures comply with regulatory and internal audit and processing requirements
  3. Coordinate to implement IT system controls, manage vendor support and closely monitor IT infrastructure as a whole that includes handling related repair and replacement
  4. Trouble-shooting system/network problems by using pre-defined procedures, individual’s technical and theoretical knowledge
  5. Follow-up each case of failure or service interruptions on the cause of the failure. By involving regional/global support as need and escalating to the management on all problems that cannot be resolved quickly
  6. Maintain an inventory list and ensure that the list corresponds to the physical equipment installed
  7. Conduct regular checking, correcting deficiencies, implementing improvements to current processes & procedures and adhere to group compliance policy
  8. Prepare and update relevant operations, support procedures and software/hardware configurations

  1. Bachelor degree and the above.
  2. Proven technical expertise in supporting IT systems, application, software, Microsoft Windows and Linux environment
  3. Good knowledge in IT (Network & Server Infrastructure) infrastructure support
  4. Experience in project management, particularly in planning, organizing, prioritization and scheduling
  5. Ability to build and deploy IT systems, applications and servers according to the business requirement.
  6. Evidence of effective resource management and ability to develop an environment that foster good teamwork
  7. Must have analytical approach in problem handling, escalations and resolution
  8. Ability to understand IT Security/Audit requirements and implement recommendations
  9. Evidence of ability to propose and implement cost effective system and solutions
  10. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  11. Committed to provide excellent customer service
  12. Must be able to work independently, effectively multitask and methodical
  13. Must be flexible to move between the sites and travel (if required)
