In this role you will:
• Define, own, and execute a multi-year AI product vision and roadmap specifically for IWPB, aligning it with global business objectives for hyper-personalization and operational cost reduction.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI-native and AI-augmented opportunities, including those leveraging Generative AI, across the entire customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention) and internal operational workflows (e.g., servicing, compliance, risk management).
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Develop compelling business cases for AI product initiatives, including detailed financial projections, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional teams (including data scientists, AI/ML engineers, UX designers, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders) through the entire AI product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Act as a key interface between business units, technology teams, and executive leadership, effectively communicating the value and progress of AI product initiatives
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is a must
• Deep knowledge and experience with AI/ML concepts, techniques and tools including Gen AI as well as strong understanding of AI Capability developments across the industry
• Innovative Mind set with Entrepreneurial spirit/drive to execute quickly with the simultaneous ability to navigate through organizational complexities
• Proven leadership track record in dynamic/changing banking environments and complex matrix structure
• Good understanding of the competitor landscape and industry best practices
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
