- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience
- To have strong interest in Capital Markets, portfolio management and related legal regulations
- To have interest in the Fixed Income, foreign currency, stocks, and derivatives
- To have CMB Advanced and Derivative Certification is preferred
- Excellent English in speaking and writing
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under stressed conditions
- Dynamic and social personality structure that closely follows trends and new developments in the market
- Advanced individual and collective communication skills
