Principal Responsibilities

·     Leading and Managing 3 locations Delhi NCR, Rajasthan and Kanpur for Mutual Operations to ensure all work is completed within established service levels and reviews the same on regular basis.

·     To guide team to ensure timely and error free reporting of transactions received at the Investor Service Centre. Daily managing TSM control mechanism and Daily check list review of locations.

·     Supporting associates on daily basis to ensure accurate and timely responses are shared with investor, MFD etc and all requests are escalated as appropriate.

·     Explore and process efficiency suggestions and contribute to achieve customer delight by supervising and managing risk as per regulatory requirement.

·     Effective coordination with RTA to ensure minimal escalations.

Requirements

·     A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets

·     Valid NISM certification.

·     Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills.

·     The inclination to work in a client facing role, with a bent of mind for ‘service’.

·     Ideally a postgraduate / minimum 2 plus years of experience in team managing.

·     Knowledge of local language will be an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • A minimum of 18 months in the current post
  • Last performance rating minimum of 3

Eligibility Criteria

  • AMIN employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
  • Entity Employees (not from AMIN) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted.
