We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Trust Service.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Execute accurate and timely processing of trust-related client and trustee payments, by maintaining high service quality through efficient productivity handling of daily operations and ad-hoc reporting tasks
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold service standards and delivery by displaying confidence to work independently, as well as strong resilience to working under pressure
- Assist in delivering compliant trust/estate administration alongside Trust Relationship Managers (TRMs)
- Support the Team Head in implementing operational strategies and achieving business goals, whilst actively practicing speak up culture in seeking improvements in ways of working
- Contribute to continuous process efficiency & improvement through a transformational mindset
- Contribute to a strong compliance culture in line with Group policies and regularity expectations
To be successful you will need
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of payments, banking operations, and back-office processes
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
