We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President.

Principal Responsibilities

Purpose of the job

To take on various projects and assignments from system automation & UAT, process change, procedural documentation, reconciliation investigation, BAU services delivery and support to new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate and deliver various projects / assignment as requested and to complete within deadline
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow up
• Be agile to take on multiple assignments and work independently
• Backup to other team members as needed including BAU support

• Well versed with investment products, accounting control and regulations
• Good communication, both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Work under pressure and often multi-tasked
• Exposure to change / transformation projects / outsourcing
• Able to work under diverse culture
• Knowledge of customer tax reporting covering QI, FATCA and CRS a plus
• Avaloq system exposure a plus
