What you’ll do:
Manage account opening process in a changing environment.
Manage the team to make sure all PLAs, SLAs and other targets are met.
Manage the team and account opening process to fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Manager different projects, migrations and cost savings.
Manage different stake holders.
Manage resource planning and volume forecast.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
Outstanding oral and written English; outstanding presentation and communication skills
Has rich leadership experience; Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives
Has strategic thinking and good logical thinking
Has project or migration related experience
Ability to build and maintain relations with different stakeholders
Process experience of successfully managing and developing a team in a previous role.
Strong organization and planning skills along with the ability to handle capacity and MI reporting.
Demonstrate strong analytical, statistical and data mining skills required to study trends, make projections and to interpret numeric information. Evidence of strong operational decision making and be able to provide analytical support to the teams.
