We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Manager Chief Technology Office Data Center Infrastructure Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage the availability and readiness of IT devices inside Data Centre Production and Disaster Recovery site area.
• Maintain supporting facilities (e.g. Dashboard, Access Door) located inside Data Centre always in ready or normal condition. Periodic review on the entitlement and arrange with Physical Security Team on the configuration.
• Maintain Floor Plan and keep the inventory updated using standard tools
• Ensure that all data center operations comply with industry/Global standards and regulations.
• Identify potential risks to data center operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and work with appointed vendors for any related activities inside Data Center to make sure the environment keep secure and safe for all equipment inside
• Regularly review and update DC infrastructure , resilience and recovery strategies to keep align with global standard
• Continuous improvement to the Bank’s data centres and associated operations

Hard Skills

• Strong Data centre operations or relate area, including Facility Management, Whitespace operations, Structure Cabling, Physical security.
• Strong understanding of Banking IT services and latest technology trend
• Strong risk awareness, able to evaluate situation base on the risk associated 
• Good knowledge in DC resilience Risk assessment (identifying and evaluating risks to the datacenters resilience)
• Knowledge in Monitoring and alerting systems like BMC Patrol, xMatters, Control-M is preferred.
• Some project management experience is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Good command of both written and spoken EnglishA proactive personality with self-motivation. Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good in documentation and administration filing
• Responsible, Smart Working and willing to work outside 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. including weekend and holiday when needed, willing to travel if demanded.
• Focus and capable deliver High Quality results.
• Capable working in group or individual

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in data centre operations.
• Datacenter or other technology certification is preferred but not mandatory.
