Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers to take care of their day-to-day finances and to manage, protect and grow their wealth. Our international network and breadth of expertise enable us to deliver on HSBC’s purpose of opening up a world of opportunity by providing our customers with borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class, mobile-first capabilities and exceptional people. Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking and Insurance.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

l  Portfolio Growth via Sophisticated WEM Capabilities.

l  Wealth Needs Fulfillment.

l  Global Standards maintenance.

l  Maximising growth in their portfolio and achieving the IWPB plan/metrics

l  Leading Premier activities to ensure opportunities are identified and client needs are met effectively, maximising all available resources.

l  Compliance with the relevant Group standards including GHQ and the Regulatory organization as applied to the implementation of the IWPB strategy in their country

l  Total TCR of the portfolio

要求

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
  • Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
  • Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
